General Members Meeting 2026

Save the date: Fronteers' General Members Meeting will take place on November 20th, 2026. We will be hosted by Internet Academy Bilthoven. We are looking into doing this event hybrid style!
- 19:30: welcome with coffee/tea
- 20:00: meeting kicks off
- 21:30: meeting ends
- 22:00 doors close!
If you have input for the meeting of how you experienced certain things we did last year of things you did, it’s very welcome at bestuur@fronteers.nl . Some reminders of what we did differently
- sent out a letter to all our members at the start of the year
- pre-filled the activity calendar on the website
- tried to make discounts more visible for members
- tried to emphasize being a member supports us
- second Dark Mode event in Dordrecht
- trying out Slack as a project management tool for the Dark Mode 2027 conference
- did not manage to attract many new volunteers
- did not manage to organise the planned accessibility workshops with Jules again due to not getting around to it properly
Of course all these will also get discussed at the ALV! This information will be updated closer to the event.
